...Shinar is where rebellion started and it could very well be where it ends: An astounding event at the Tower of Babel over 4,000 years ago made language translation necessary today. The History Book of the Universe records a remarkable series of events. Noah’s family disembarked from the Ark after the Great Flood (Genesis 6:1-9:19) around 2500 BC. God clearly instructed Noah and his sons to “Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth.” (Genesis 9:1,7) Did Noah’s descendants listen to God? No, the clan settled on the plain of Shinar. They made no attempt to spread out and fill the earth. On the contrary, they stuck together to build a Tower, defying God’s order to re-populate the earth. Yahweh therefore confused the language of the Tower builders to force them to scatter across the face of the earth (Genesis 11:1-9). Could this be the world's wickedness returning that the basket represents?? I've never believed Islam was mystery babylon; but at this point have to consider it very well might be - albeit, with reservations. Mystery Babylon is destroyed by the antichrist before the New World order can become a reality. It's obvious - because she now controls the beast. The gog magog war stage is being set - and at it's conclusion God will pretty much decimate muslims i.e. Islam.... Obviously, every generation has interpreted Revelation (Chapter 17-Mystery Babylon) from geo political conditions that existed at their time. In reality most of these interpretations can be proven to have short comings. Today, I think we are in a better position to see how mystery babylon fits in our world. And "new" hypothesis laid out that match the geo politcal situation of our time :) I do sincerely believe we are uncomfortably close to this prophecy being fulfilled I really mean "uncomfortably" close, because if it happens in our life time, it will mean a complete collapse of the monetary system as we know it worldwide. However, before I delve into any more supposition, I want to go over the relevant passages in Revelation and Daniel. It will be the destruction of mystery babylon that causes a worldwide economic collapse ----- It's the antichrist that is responsible for the downfall of the woman on the beast (mystery babylon). These relevant verses in Daniel 7 thru 12 deal with the rise of the antichrist (AC). The 11th or little horn in this verse is the AC: 7 After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns.: 8 I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things. In the above passages God is transitioning 10 toes of a statue in Daniel 2 to 10 horns of a beast in Daniel 7. The 10 Toes of Daniel 2 represented the last kingdom on this earth, as does the Beast in Daniel 7. This is the same beast we will see in Revelation 13. This beast according to Daniel 7 verse 23 ...shall devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces. We see the entire earth today being devoured via the internet with Terrorism & Political Correctness as a means to control everyone....
