Citing this verse: Ezekiel 38:13 Sheba, and Dedan, and the merchants of Tarshish, with all the young lions thereof, shall say unto thee, Art thou come to take a spoil? hast thou gathered thy company to take a prey? to carry away silver and gold, to take away cattle and goods, to take a great spoil? In Ezekiel 38:13 we have a reference to the young lions. The US is a young country relative to the age of most nations. Here in Daniel 7:4 Most believe America is an offshoot from England (the lion). The first was like a lion, and had eagle's wings: I beheld till the wings thereof were plucked, and it was lifted up from the earth So what has happened to the US - that it does nothing to intervene? Obviously, God planned it this way - because after he supernaturally rescues Israel; the entire world is in awe...
