So I am paying for this girls airfare to come visit me for a long weekend...

I worked this summer freelance job in New England, met this really cute girl and it seemed like we had some legit chemistry. I'm 28, she's 23. Because of the work situation, we didn't get a whole lot of time to hang out, but we were able to share some fun memories, like hanging by the lake, sneaking out and having a little 420 session, going out to eat, etc

The girl had some metro college boyfriend who I didn't want to meet, he's a 'cute guy' I guess... Trendy but expendale I would say.

So before the job was over I had said to her 'I really wish I had met you outside of this job,' (we live states away), and I can tell by the look in her eyes she knew what I meant. She also would say things in conversation like.... Long distance things could work if you really put in the effort.

Anyway it's been a few months and we've been in touch a little bit here and there, and finally I just decided to ask her if she'd be interested in comin down to my florida house and helping me drink some of the wine I have in my cellar. (I sent her pics of the house. To show off a little bit, but not too much 😜) and she was really excited about the idea. I told her I was worried that she would either think this adventure would be crazy cool or crazy creepy (since i haven't seen her in 5 months), she laughed And said 'you know me... I like crazy cool.'

So she basically says she''s all for it. I sent her the itinerary today and she said she will show it to her parents. (We're both younger, so I'm not opposed to my folks talking to hers if that's what needs to happen), but .... Girls... Do you think this is really weird?

Part of me thinks it's a little out of the ordinary, but who cares? Sometimes you hott shake up the status quo right?

Would you girls think a round trip 5 day paid trip to Florida, staying a beautiful home on a golf course with a huge wine cellar is an enticing thing? I mean sure I don't know this girl to the degree I wish I did, that's kinda what I'm hoping to do from this, but we know each other enough to feel comfortable around each other And hopefully feel safe. She'd have her own room (not that I imagine she would want it) ... I'm just a little concerned that because I need to buy these tickets before they disappear, I am careful not to come across as pushy to get her to give me a firm yes or no. Last night phone convo she was all about it and just wanted to know the details. I sent her the itinerary tonight but she is at a bar with her girlfriend. She says she will show the itinerary to her parents. Sounds kind of like a cop out don't u think? (She really is at the bar with her gf), so I know she isn't playing games. And honestly Im a little insecure about stuff like this but she was legit stoked when we're talking about it, saying she'd miss some school if she needed to and she really wanted to go. I guess my paranoid mind think as soon as the itinerary is in her face she may get cold feet.


It's important to know that I am a respected guy, I have a great job, I handsome, we have chemistry, etc.

So that's how we left it, I text her the itinerary and she says she'll show her parents. And currently she's at a bar with a girlfriend. She supposedly has some college bro boyfriend but I am not really worried about him, and I wonder why he isn't there with here now.


So ladies... All expense paid trip to beautiful florida/pool/beach resort with a cute guy friend you don't know terribly well but enjoy his company and have mutual acquaintances. Do you end up taking the invitation or politely declining, and why?

Ps I have already mentioned that I will be a complete gentleman and she may have her own room in the house. (I live in a mansion. Not even trying to embellish, just set the stage)

Thoughts? Help? What's my next move? Right now I'm just going to wait for her to come back with yes or no on itinerary, unless one of you all suggests otherwise
