You are right to point out that the landing had to be faked. Comets are mostly an electrical phenomenon. Electrical repulsion would stop the lander getting anywhere near the rocky surface. You have to watch this short film for all the information you need.

I agree there is some evidence that the Earth could be a sphere but why leap to the defense of NASA so quickly? Let them make their own scientific proofs, or do you have an ulterior motive?

The main point here is that Comets are most likely balls of plasma with a tiny rocky electrode core. I don't think you could say they are flat or round as plasma takes on the shape of the squatting man when subject to the galactic current sheet double layer...

Some evidence? Absolutely conclusive evidence. No flat Earther has EVER addressed the Polaris equator point. Because it is irrefutable. The world is round, so there's no reason to question whether or not your comet is too. I don't give a flying fuck about NASA. You can't assume that comets aren't flat based just on suppositions about the Earth:

The Earth is round and orbits the Sun. The comet orbits the Sun, therefore the comet is round, this is a fallacious argument.
