The chapters on Sutra and Tantra there may seem a little heady (but are actually very precise) if you’re not familiar with some of the background; but perhaps skip to the Dzogchen sections, then go back to the rest later.

Now this^ is Yungdrung Bön, and there is also Nyingma; they’re the two schools that teach Dzogchen (all the other Tibetan schools teach Tantra).
