Aquaphor ointment + 0.2% teatree oil + 0.2% eucalyptus oil. + 1% vitamin E goo

Melt the aquaphor in a glass container. Add the other stuff. Shake like crazy. Let cool.

well I found out.. not only tea tree oil but lavender gives me side effects.. I dont know why. eucalyptus also but it's a lot milder.. maybe all do in their undiluted form. nyways... i'll try bentonite clay and gold and if that shit dont work ima kill myself i swear.

Cinnamon oil, some people have reactions to thyme oil I've read. There's also 2 kinds apparently.. in this one brand. One with Thymol and one with Linalool... maybe Im allergic to linalool. I dont know.. but it's just that in soap it's in such a small concentration i dont notice... that much. Also the relaxation effects I thought it gave me... was more of a lethargy. and part of its toxicity to me. Did not realize this until later...

and cinnamon oil.. as good as it is it can't be used on mucosa Im sure.. cos that's some sensitive skin.

unless diluted.

well IM going to dilute from now on .. but even then.. skin patch test isn't always accurate for mucosa..

just a note though.. tea tree oil even diluted gives me side effects. And I dont know why. And it gives me GI effects... inflames my insides by skin contact...

I even tried low cineole tea tree oil.. hoping maybe that was a better one... with expiration dates. But nope.

cos it's like.. Im allergic to everything. These 4 main oils were found to have the most antiobiotic potential... Cinnamon, Thyme, Arjowan, and Oregano oil.

But apart from Arjowan cos I dont know of it.. like they All seem to have side effects. Cinnamon might be hot... thyme people have reported being allergic to like tea tree oil... and if Im allergic to Linalool then that also wouldn't be good. So yeah I have no choice but to use oil that stings... at the very least. Oregano oil is great.. I have to keep it on the mucosa for as long as possible until the pain subsides but it's manageable.

I will try cinnamon next. as that's supposedly the strongest.. Though it's cinnamon leaf oil.. not bark. I get hypertension with normal cinnamon if it's not the true cinnamon "zeylanicum". I get hiccups, esp. provoked in combination by a type of tobacco I smoke. It's weird...

well, baking soda sucks for me. Baking soda actually made it worse.. It made it better temporarily. Or atleaest, basically you gotta wash off the baking soda ... and Ive found other methods.

And besides even after you wash off the baking soda it still leaves a residue that stays in the hands... and makes my hands dry and peel and takes some time to recuperate.

there is also bentonite clay Ive heard helps.. I havent tried it yet. It can also be combined wit baking soda as well perhaps.

Also zinc oxide creams/butters seems to help these days combined with essential oils...

to be honest Ive never understood baking soda methods...

because it seems to absorb into the blood or leaves a residue in my hands... or makes them too dry. Even after washing/rinsing off, and etc.

then on top of that.. besides probiotic sprays i like, I made a half and half spray of apple cider vinegar and water... and that helps also.

It stings at the beginning but as it gets better it stops stinging...
