Quoting: Anonymous Coward 71179109 .... I think that humans originally had the ability to do things like that, and to regrow injured fingers, teeth, etc, but those genes have been "turned off" now, and are considered "junk DNA". |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 71179109 The canine, who has since been named Kalu, was discovered by Animal Aid Unlimited charity workers resting inside a hole at a construction site in India. His face, which was horrendously deformed and infested with fly larvae, had been entirely eaten away and the wound exposed a large section of his skull. I believe this. I lost my canine milk teeth and later lost my adult canines...I was hit in the face by a tether ball, knocking them both out, luckily they grew back. The dentist said that I might have had a third set above my adult teeth that fell in place. I'm just happy I didn't need to wear a bridge. |
