This morning Governor Gregg was adamant that New Hampshire primary voters would choose an establishment candidate to represent them in the GOP nomination process. He specifically pointed to the campaigns of Jeb Bush and John Kasich as those he approved of.
He also appeared dismissive of the possibility that either Donald Trump or Ted Cruz would win New Hampshire.
Then he dropped a bombshell that clearly had Fox Business host Neil Cavuto a bit stunned.
Gregg indicated it would be a brokered Republican convention regardless, and from there a proper candidate would be nominated.

There's one who was involved with McCain, Rick Warren might be his name, and he's frequently on MSNBC. Some time ago he said, on Chris Hayes' show, that the GOP should get a bullet and put Trump's name on it. Hayes never batted and eye. Can you imagine if anyone said such a thing about Obama or Hillary or Jeb Bush? That's a thinly veiled call to assassinate Trump and I have no doubt there are some in the GOP who have it done if they thought they could get away with it.
First of all, shall I call you shill? Rick Warren never said any such thing and would not say any such thing. You are trying to malign two wonderful people in one stroke.

might be his name". MIGHT. I wasn't sure and it was clear in my statement. I just looked up Warren and see he's a preacher, NOT the person involved with McCain. You could have said that.
