all imagery comes from your head- ie all imagery is you

the son and wife are the youth and female aspects of yourself

your parents tradition and age and probably authoriity that no longer has authority

basically the space station is your intellect/perception - fake

the butterflies are the bizarre and unnatural- ie any thoughts you have that are not oridnary. they get "zapped" by your intellect

but most memorable, was the electricity arching off of their wings. I realized the clicking voices were coming from the electricity and I felt a bit afraid

of course it was memorable- your afraid of the "electricity"
