At work, can't click on link. Can you give us a summary?

All states should take them both off the ballot because they are not eligible to be president.

I thought we eliminated eligibility requirements 8 years ago.

The individual is claiming that neither Cruz or Rubio are citizens. It is likely to be dismissed quickly. This has already been litigated in other states.

The lawsuit claims that neither candidate is a natural born citizen. It states that Sen. Rubio's parents were not U.S. citizens when he was born, and that Sen. Cruz was born in Canada.

Rubio and Cruz campaigns are butt-hurt over the lawsuit and claim that it has already been litigated in Illinois. They go on to say that Federal law is very clear. You're either natural born or naturalized.

A candidate for president might have standing.
But you're right, this will be dismissed quickly.

Be nice if they ruled them both off the ballot.
Its not like either one of them has a chance in hell but at lease it would help thin the tard herd that is the gop field.
Its going to be trump everyone else should just support him.

that is a lie. Litigation is in the courts. The election commission is a bunch of biddies with no authority, in chicago no less, where they are trying to thwart hillary using cruise.

Both needed laws passed by Congress to be permenant US citizens.

If your citizenship is based on man-made (Congressional) laws then you are a naturalized citizen. It does not matter if you 'went through a process' or not. If you need paperwork to 'prove' your citizenship - your are naturalized.

Both Cruze and Rubio are, by definition, without a doubt, naturalized citizens.

Naturalized citizens are not natural born Citizens.

Period.

Its that simple.

And they are naturalized citizens.

Both of them.

Cuba could lay claim to both of them if they set foot in Cuba.

Why?
Behind every myth lies a mystery, and every legend holds an echo of the truth ……
Que Sera Sera

"For not by numbers of men nor by measure of body but by valor of soul is war decided"

Bilisarius

" At the siege of Vienna in 1683 Islam seemed poised to overrun Christian Europe. We are in a new phase of a very old war."

Gates of Vienna.

"May we smite our enemies to the darkest chamber of hell, for we wish only to live in peace, and they desire only to put their boot upon our neck."
