Yahoo lays off 107 Sunnyvale employees, who will depart by April

Yahoo on Wednesday notified 107 employees in its Sunnyvale headquarters that they would be laid off. The cuts are part of the beleaguered tech giant’s plans to reduce its global workforce by 15 percent, as it continues to struggle to increase its share of worldwide advertising revenues.
