Explain it in your own words, using your own brain. The Sun is not 93 million miles away - probably more like 5 to 7 thousand miles high IN the firmament itself. It does not shine in every direction but is a "spotlight" that shines more down towards the Earth. It circles the Flat Earth like a record needle circles a record, just repeating the same pattern year in and year out. The problem with Gluebers is that they try to use their Globe supporting "beliefs" on a Flat Earth model. They do not use the same dynamics and actions. You say you don't want to investigate other videos but yet there is so much out there that DEMANDS explanation in those videos...like this one showing the lack of curvature. If this can be explained away then that's half of the Gluebers battle. Spot light or not light travels in a straight line so you have not answered the question. |

You are using the idea that the sun is a ball that radiates light in all directions. The FE model does not use that in it's model. The Sun is in the firmament, originating, in a different medium other than air (glass). The way to think about it is a high tech planetarium that is meant to promote the idea of a globe for a time, until we have the technology and ability to determine the curvature IS NOT THERE. The issue really is what proof do you have that we are on a Globe? Because the lack of curvature on the last video I posted shows that the curvature IS NOT THERE when it should be evident. The video you posted consists of the author repeating the same flawed math exercise over, and over, and over, and over. It's very similar to a politician telling a lie often enough...soon enough is sounds like truth...when it's simply an oft repeated lie. I take it you've never been in a plane at night at a distance of 35,000 feet? Nor have you flown long distance, say from Chicago to Tokyo? I didn't think so. A couple of commercial pilots told me they've seen the curve and that they've seen the earth's shadow on clouds around dusk or dawn. Weirdly enough, the shadow is curved, too. |
