The funny thing is, is that the people that actually need it have a very hard time getting it because there is so much fraud. It seems like the ones playing the system don't have that hard of a time getting benefits.

If there was a better screening process and competent people running shit in this country, more of the justified people would get thier benefits and less of the moochers would.
