People who tout their OPINIONS as FACTS

You don't know the future any more than any of us.

People who say "so and so will be the next president" and "so and so won't" are merely guessing. I actually consider it a form of misinformation - creating a false consensus.

Sure the powers that be might have a plan but even their plans often go wrong and more importantly, even if they do have a plan, none of you know with certainty what exactly is involved and to what extent. All you can do is guess like the rest of us.

I insist things are more chaotic and dynamic than you give them credit for. We have more personal power to effect change than these people say.

It's a helpless and self-defeating attitude that says "Why do anything, why not sit on my ass and watch TV since there's nothing I can do and everything is rigged and contrived"

The future is not set in stone. Nobody knows what tomorrow will bring, though you can make an educated guess.

Stop being pretentious and touting your OPINIONS as fact.
