Chickens are just rats with feathers. Nothing wrong with a little rat meat. If it is prepared and cleaned properly and is disease free, protein is protein. I would eat grain fed rat 3 times a week if I could see they were raised healthy. I would fear more the various antibiotics and chemicals they inject into the chickens, or any genetic modifications a whole lot more.

So glad I'm vegan.

Technically there's no such thing as "boneless chicken wings", so it really shouldn't be surprising.

A quick google tells you boneless wings are just breadcrumbed pieces of breast meat. I reckon many of us who had meat from a takeaway have eaten something it really wasnt.

I eat at a Chinese restaurant at least twice a month and me and the women like the chicken (rat) on a stick.
We always look at each other while eating them and say "gopher" lol.
I guess we should be saying RAT.
It doesn't bother me one bit though and eating Chinese one should realize there's gonna be mystery meat involved.

Ditto! Chicken wing has nothing to it. Common sense says no one took the bone out of a gazillion bird skin wings and made plumpled meat from nothing.
