People will call you insane, mock you, slap your face....it is not easy to be a messiah. The first King Messiah was King Saul. He died a terrible death and lost the battle against the Philistines. Couldn't even kill himself. He had to ask an Amelikite to finish him off. Being a messiah. anointed with holy oils- didn't prevent the death of him and his sons.
People want an easy way up the narrow path Jesus walked. But they do want the inheritance of the Kingdom of Heaven.

The issue before Yeshua returns is an Antichrist that performs miracles & can fool the world is prophesied to rise first, so any contenders first have to deal with working through if they are being programmed or used by evil powers.

It was my experience & seeing even worse outcome of my brother, who had various grandiose biblical references too, that he was Archangel Michael for instance. Grandiosity can be a result of many things, Manic Depression, Cocaine, Meth or plain mental illness, many of the latter see themselves as historic figures.

In my case looking at my impulses in my twenties & similar grandiose feelings towards seeing the corruption but also feeling great empathy, one falls into the trap that they are "special" or "chosen" yet my feeling is many Beta models of an Antichrist will rise & fall before one prevails, so the "kingdoms of the world" being offered might well be the last temptation.

My view is broadened by other knowledge but one can at least give credence to prophecies, though my view now is reality is scripted & somewhat artificial, AI or a dream of sorts, so the creator can ultimately fool everyone, even the controllers, being a bit of a practical joker.
