I am also talking about office buildings, hotels, and mix used buildings being developed in downtown Edmonton! NO development in that booming city for OVER 10 YEARS! then suddenly they start building a few new buildings in the downtown with two of those buildings currently under construction being BIG buildings one of them very big!

downtown development was limited due to the presence of the municipal airport, which required buildings stay under a certain height, only now that the airport is closed are they even ALLOWED to think about building taller buildings... i was there last week, there are plenty of tall buildings

Yes but there is large area's of Edmonton's downtown that is not limited from the municipal airport which is the area's of downtown where the tall buildings like Manulife place and EPCOR tower are! not to mention the area's east of Manulife place have no height restrictions ether!

So they have had no excuse to not building taller to tall office and condo/apartment buildings in those LARGE area's of downtown so they have been avoiding building new taller and tall buildings in those parts of downtown for VERY strange and horribly messed up reasons!!!

Only recently are they building new tall buildings around Manulife place, but that took WELL MORE THAN LONG ENOUGH!

"The fire at the south Hamptons Condo in Edmonton was NO ACCIDENT, THE FIRE WAS ARSIN AND THEREFOR WAS DELIBERATEALY CAUSED!!!!!!

Almost everyone in the condo was aware that that person was going to do arsine to cause the fire because almost everyone in the condo building was involved with the fire being deliberately caused in the condo!!!

If it had not been that person who caused the fire then it could have been almost anyone else in the condo who deliberately caused the fire!!!

The only person who did not know about the fire being deliberately caused and who was not involved with causing the fire would never cause a fire in the condo was the one normal person who lives in that condo!!! a middle aged woman!(who's name I will not mention, and I will not mention the names of any of her family and friends ether).

They all had the fire caused so that that woman would be pushed out of her condo and into a service apartment so that she would end up fully separated from her youngest child and separated from her whole family(yes they clearly didn't take into consideration that that woman could just go on her email account and contact her family and friends, and that she could just leave her condo to go visit her family and friends LMAO!!!)

I heard that it was a fraud imposter of her daughter who told everyone in the condo to start a fire to push this woman out of her condo and into a service apartment because that fraud imposter of her daughter is a horribly malicious maniac who was severely targeting the woman's son who is the youngest child of this woman due to this very very strange and bizarre fraud imposter of this woman's daughter having a MASSIVE obsession with the son and youngest child of this middle aged woman due to her having a serious obsession with her sons physical appearance due to having an abnormally large liking of her sons physical appearance.

and now that the woman has been back in her condo since 2015, PEOPLE HAVE BEEN GOING INTO HER CONDO AND PRETENDING TO BE THIS WOMAN DURING THE TIMES THE WOMAN IS NOT IN HER CONDO AND THESE PEOPLE IMPERSONATE THIS WOMAN WHEN THE WOMANS FAMILY AND FRIENDS CALL HER ON THE PHONE AND CONTACT HER BY EMAIL!!!! these very very strange people imitate her voice(never 100% accurately to varying degrees) and say very questionable things to her family and friends who call her trying to talk to the real "this woman", and these people go onto this woman's email account and send messages to the woman's family and friends that are very questionable and VERY TARGETING AND HARASSING AND VERY SLANDEROUS! and that this has been going on in her condo since 2011!!!! so that means that multiple people ether have keys to her condo or ONE(MUCH MORE LIKELY THAN ONE) OR ALL OF THE MANAGERS OF THE CONDO HAVE KEYS TO HER CONDO AND ARE LETTING STRANGERS INTO HER CONDO WITH THE INTENTION OF THEM IMPERSONATING THIS INNOCENT WOMAN!

This woman is not able to move at this very time(she obviously should move out ASAP but she is having trouble moving out), and there is actual violence in her condo which is VERY strange because her condo is a nice middle class new condo in a new nice neighborhood! IT'S NOT NORMAL THAT NICE NEW CONDO'S IN GOOD AREA'S HAVE VIOLENCE, YOU USUALLY ONLY HEAR ABOUT VIOLENCE IN CONDO'S IN OLD CRUMMY CONDO'S IN NOT GOOD NEIGHBORHOODS!!! so there is something VERY strange going on in her condo.

It is true that asides from that one woman that EVERYONE ELSE IN THE CONDO ARE VERY VERY HUGE CRIMINALS! AND THAT THE PEOPLE WHO RUN AND MANAGE THE CONDO ARE IMMENSELY HUGE CRIMINALS WHO ARE VERY MALICIOUS TARGETERS OF NORMAL INNOCENT PEOPLE!!!!! ALONG WITH ALL THE CRIMINALS WHO MAKE UP ALMOST THE ENTIRE POPULATION OF THAT BIG CONDO BUILDING!!!


I heard the strangest thing that the people who are managing the condo do not legally exist at all and THAT is how the managers are able to cause such huge problems for this woman! that THAT is how the managers of the condo are able to get away with using keys to let strange criminals into her private condo for them to impersonate this woman on her phone, email accounts(and facebook account too) because they have no legal identities for the American authorities to know of their existence for them to be able to catch and prosecute these Nazi criminals.

I call for an investigation by the American government of this horrible horrible condo in the Hamptons neighborhood in Edmonton!!!!

VERY fucked up things are going in in this condo and have been for years!!!

WOW, just WOW, and it's true that condo is filled with extremely fucked up people and the managers and maintenance people of the condo are extremely fucked up in very horrible ways.

I lived and worked in downtown Edmonton at one time.

I thought there were old mines under part of the downtown area that restricted buildings... I knew the guy, hallbauer, who built the 10 story building on jasper avenue next to beaver hill park and I am sure he said something about that.

That building was under the landing path for the airport so it would not matter much anyway.

I lived at the David Thompson apartment complex... which was built much taller.

huge tall office buildings are worthless now because they aren't needed and will remain largely unoccupied

most office jobs can be off site and don't need the same space allocation for employees as in the 80s and prior

not everyone needs a cube anymore


I only go in 2 times per week and that's because that part of the job requires work that can only be done on site

the rest of my work week is in my home office
