It explains what HAARP might really be dong, and so much more. I’ve gotta say – read [ link to www.universal-rights.com (secure)] All the “conspiracy” stuff on GPL is neatly tied together in one story that started thousands of years ago - and it makes sense! It does make sense and it shows how they've oppressed mankind. The author is right - Military Commanders and Alphabet guys must be frightened of them.
