The theory is that Mikhail Lesin kept the Stalin-signed papers in the political destabilization of Russia time, to keep them safe in case the political shift was to censorship. Nobody wants to lose priceless history. It was a conspiracy with the Reagans. That conspiracy provided an advantage to some politicians in Russia and a loss to other politicians during that competitive time.

One of those political competitors, that was supposed to find the lost objects, a competitor, just slew Lesin. The one that slew him was in the range of S. America, with the Leonid pair of them that did business, and if he was watching Gazprom, that was his business. Security. It was the other one, not Leonid. I don't know his name.

That's the theory who did it because he was probably charged with killing the person who took the missing Stalin papers. That's a hard scythe to grind.

Why was the original story about a heart attack??

Even an untrained eye could spot trauma on the body and know this was not accidental.
. or at least call it suspicious.

I believe the release of this story has purpose. I don't know what, but its pointing a dirty finger at the U.S. investigation.
