Cleveland Poll Worker pulls GUN, faces WEIRD charge

The article doesn't say what was said between the poll workers or who the man supported. I am posting it because of the following, from the article (less than 50%):


"He faces charges of aggravated menacing, carrying concealed weapon and having weapons under a disability."

What the hell charge is "having weapons under a disability"?

Anyone ever heard of this?
