I can't believe I used to like him too...not a big fan, but an occasional listener until teddy bears and soccer balls. It wasn't until just recently that I discovered the T. Cruz went to the border with Beck to encourage illegal immigration. It occurs to me that if you have good policy no politician would have to pander to any group and we could all just be Americans... Last July he was going through one of his anti-Trump rants (bordering on psychotic) and he said to the audience that if we support Trump we can just change the channel right now. So, I did and I haven't been back. However, he seems to be going farther and farther off the rails as time goes on. Cruz will not be the nominee - no matter how much fasting Mormons do. The best chance Cruz has is to be the Veep choice (which is a stretch to say the least) and I for one would LOVE to see Beck be force to do a 180 and tell his Mormon homies to vote for Trump at this point - so they can have Cruz. lol I think it would be for the Supreme Court nomination. Not VP. |

Just like I believe that Brother Nathaniel is sincere, his gave a very open story about how he chose the Russian Orthodox church. Everyone has their own experiences, their own inclinations. Not everyone wants to sacrifice the freedom to be an individual for the sake of the comfort and petty power of belonging to a group of like minded power seekersr. I didn't mean to ignore your comment, I just saw it. Glen Beck is a Mormon as he often says. I don't know what is in his heart, but I do remember him explaining his conversion. Apparently he basically told his wife to choose one (religion) and he will join. I would have more respect for him embracing his wife's choice if he didn't wear it on his sleeve and use it as a means to power. I have often felt that he has a great deal of contempt for people who are not Mormons and I don't understand that. I have trouble believing that his conversion is in the least bit sincere, he treats it as a novelty which when it no further serves him, he will move on to something else. |

Yeah, New York is a "dem" state and in order to do business he had to play the game.
