Chip, I get the whole stop the establishment thing. I do, I really do. I would love to see that happen. I would love to be a part of it. I get the anger of betrayal thing. I’m furious about it. I feel like I have to watch what comes out of my mouth at work and what I post here I’m so angry about it. The national Republican Party and some in my own state have screwed me over time and again. I want nothing whatsoever to do with them. It frustrates the crap out of me that the few core conservatives left in the party still think they can somehow change the party from within and refuse to let the GOP die and go the way of the Whigs. It needs to happen. Those damn traitors need to be completely and publically stripped of their power and influence and deserve to absolutely fly apart and self-destruct at the GOP convention this year.

Donald Trump could be the catalyst for that. He certainly has the popular support and the elite are more terrified of him than I have seen in my lifetime. It is going to be something watching the whole thing fly apart. The bottom line though, is that the ends don’t justify the means and I don’t Trust trump as far as I could throw one of his hotels.

I initially worked up a hell of a lot more of a response, but most people don’t bother reading long complex issue posts. The bottom line is that I don’t trust him and I do not believe the system or outlook for it will change so long as people keep voting for the lesser of two evils.
