He's legal. It would be illegal to refuse to rent to a white guy, although I doubt the white guy would get much sympathy in court, but it's perfectly fine to discriminate against someone for his politics, and I'm cool with that. I wouldn't want some asshole gimmedat Sanders tard renting my house, and it's only fair the same courtesy be extended to this landlord. Would you really want to rent from a guy like that, anyway? If the toilet breaks, he'd probably tell you to fix it yourself because you're such a self-reliant capitalist pig.
