I don't see any intent to hurt the kid, it was accidental.

Yes clearly the woman is innocent, the pervert boy probably molested her earlier on.

Looks to me like she meant to do it but misjudged and did it too hard. Like she was going to take her knee and nudge him into the room but didn't realize she was so close to him, so when she brought her knee up it looks like she purposely knees him in the back, knocking him to the ground. To me, it seems obvious that she meant to do it but there just seems like she didn't mean to do it quite as hard as she did. None of her actions before & after kneeing him show anger on her part imo. It would be a different story if her body language conveyed anger or frustration at the kid not going in the room but I don't get any sense of that from the video.

This lady is pure evil. First of all, she should be jailed and tried for child abuse and sued by the parents. This video is plain as day and if the school system does not act they should be sued as well. This act was clearly intentional and this horrible person that does not need to be allowed to function freely in society. Has to be dealt with. If that were my child....I'm simply heartbroken

She was clearly looking down when turning , she saw and kneed him in the back , fuck public workers are soo awful , fuck in my country they busted at least 5 people hurting and beating down syndrome kids for nothing .
