question about the mandela effect

So I was explaining the mandela effect to a coworker today, and afterwards I was wondering when, or what was the first year this topic was noticed/discussed? Also what's the earliest year any differences were noticed?
I know there's a lot of good researchers and/oor knowledgeable people on here that could answer this, or maybe it has already been asked or answered
