There is an epidemic of untreated mental illness in this country.
The gangstalking tards are proof of this.

That crazy bitch is most likely harassing her neighbors because she thinks they are government agents. I'd be pissed off to if some insane person kept filming me as they drove by. Clearly the couple with the stroller has had enough of her.
