Anonymous Coward User ID: 77195124 Canada 06/03/2019 09:27 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Went to Mansion world last night. The mansion itself is in a high end coastal cul-de-sac. Down the road from it theres a sliver of land going out to the ocean or some kinda water that has buildings like in the computer game MYST. The mansion has stairwells and robotic/alien carpet that moves around like a furturistic roomba. On the second floor theres a section of rowed seats like a upper section of a church or music hall. The longated room picture triggered me. I been there too. Its connected to bathroom world but the room itself is in camp world. Sometimes the room starts off bright and friendly but quickly takes a bad turn to flickering lights or darkness. I've been to the delapadated grocery store as well. When im there I always get a mexican vibe. I could go on and on about mall world always a theater, always an arcade. Theres some kind of VR/Magic motion place. You know you are heading towards the exit because the hallway will get more narrow and long and you have to follow it quite a bit. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 76626437 United States 08/15/2019 11:05 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I'm not a part of "mall world" but frequently dream of "military base world". There are actually a "crew" of people I know in "military base world". This one guy I dream of, he's with a group of other people I usually run into on base at the bar, I dreamed of him last night (strictly platonic) and he was a civilian detective. In my dreams we're usually kind of psyched to run into one another, he and his group of friends and I hang out in this dream world. Last night's dream was really different. I was in an apt and he was called out for a disturbance. I was all happy to see him and he totally brushed me off in my dream. He knew me but acted like we weren't that good of friends. It was as if he was putting on airs and trying to transition from MP to civilian detective and didn't want to be that familiar with me. Quoting: ElleMira I go to Military Base world too - its a base on the edge of nowhere - with a flight line that backs up to wilderness - it has an amazing waiting room and there are civilian dependents processing through. The chow hall is very retro, the whole place feels retro. In the gym or off the gym they have like a "good will" kind of lending closet kind of place with used goods people leave behind, books, old movies -VHS tapes - there are elderly people volunteering in there though I don't know where they live because aside from the base the location seems very very remote - edge of somewhere - in my romantic mind I like to think is a slightly more mild climate area on Antarctica and there is a base down there with families and everything and they spend most of their lives stationed remotely. That wasnt Military base world that was Wurtsmith AFB in Oscoda Michigan, incidentally one of the early UFO visits to the WSA |

I directed the OP of the below thread here to my Mall World thread to check and see if anything sounded familiar. Hopefully he will post back here, or in his thread: Thread: Had this fucked up lucid dream the other day, and learned some interesting shit from some guy called Larsson Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77180853 Anonymous Coward User ID: 77180853 United Kingdom 10/04/2019 06:05 PM OK, so I was in some thriving town center, then suddenly developed awareness I was dreaming. I went up to some guy (a passer by) and told him I knew I was dreaming, and began trying to get answers out of him (secrets of dreams, the universe, etc). He told me his name was Larsson, and initially was reluctant to talk with me, but I continued to press him, and he finally relented. He told me something like this. 'What you think is a dream is actually another world. The reason why you have no awareness of this fact - in a dream - is because you are heavily drugged. It is the same as your world when you are drugged or highly intoxicated with alcohol, and you have no self control or self awareness, so it feels like you are in a dream. It's not until the drug wears off that everything around you makes sense and you know where you are. This is what has happened to you now - the drug has worn off; you now have self awareness and can see the bigger picture.' He was correct because when I regained my senses from this mysterious dream drug, I began to look around and noticed that this place - this world - was very technologically advanced, but not necessarily in a classic sci-fi cum reality way, but something I cannot really describe. I've had another similar lucid dream before where I found myself in a very similar setting. I began asking Larsson questions about the nature of reality. I told him I believe his world is constructed from a less dense form of matter to ours, but he disagreed and said it's all the same. I gave him a demonstration, walked up to what appeared to be a solid brick wall and began to bend and deform it - easily - with my hands. I said to him that such a feat isnt possible in our world because matter is too dense. He, again, disagreed with me, and said it was all a state of mind. The plug was pulled, then I woke up. I guess I was finding out a little too much. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 77278815 United States 10/13/2019 01:55 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I went there a few nights ago. I haven't been to the "mall" area for a while, but I visited the casino. It was exceptionat vivid. The casino is somewhat small with lots of red, and dim lights. It has a few different ways to enter through doors, the way I exited was through a hallway running parallel to the casino. On my left, I could see out the giant glass windows to the coast area many people have spoken of here. I saw a giant cliff, with woods and winding roads on the left, and on the right where the cliff drops off, it leads down to the beach area. What was so odd about this dream is that I woke up in the middle of it, and when I fell back asleep it contained. During this brief moment of awakeness, I was absolutely convinced it was a real place. What a bizarre feeling. It was like looking at a moving photograph of something that is real. If anyone has had any recent experiences, please share. |

It freaked me out for a bit but it does not any longer. There is a particular marsh 'off to the right' out the back door that is unique. You have to cross a very large river but in my recollection that is where the university thing is but it is floating. There are certain inflow creeks and you can go up one and hit a very calm, saltwater lake and when you go through on your right there is a marsh. On the left is lines of salt water tolerant trees of some sort (not mangroves but maybe some variation). When you get to the edge of the marsh there is a path.... This sounds like a LARP but it is really not. KInd of nUtZ or I am which is arguable. The person who spoke of "Seahurst" clicked big time with me. I have added some elements I have seen in Seahurst and expanded the map both north and south. I have included the odd, calm, bay or pond type area with small quaint cabins on stilts, an amphitheatre, a monorail/aquaduct type element, and a casino/hotel. I started posting about this MallWorld thing over on some other nameless board and brought the discussion to GLP a while back as an AC. I wasn't arguing if the thread was a LARP I was wondering about my depth into it. I guess coming up with a different mapping system helps once the entrance is determined (which is different for some) and the back for me goes through (on the back right from the entrance) to a place close to the sea and kind of a vast empty lot for a bit. I guess that bit could be timezones. So when I walk in the other door, on the left is the tobacco shop and a pizza by the slice....to the right is a bad grocery...once you leave the entrance and start traversing the mall it has all sorts of levels. On the roof I found a decent cafe with fine young women. 33:11 [link to www.youtube.com (secure)] ANyhow...if I avoid going up further which is the bendy-twisty (like real life really) areas...and keep walking straight I find what amounts to as a 'flea market' junk shop' type place where the moonshiner resides then a bit further to the right of that is the place that leads to the sea. The back entrance. Then there are a few outbuildings of some sort...then you get to the highway type thing that runs along to either the floaty university type ferry (someone posted a fairly close pic above though mine floats) or you can take side streets that take you a few levels before the beach proper. Those are hard to navigate like all beach towns really are in all honesty. The closer to the beach the rougher the character unless you own beachfront. I do seemingly...It is 2 steps removed from the actual beachfront (ie no private dock). See...now it all starts to sound like it's a LARP or I'm nUtz...which of course maybe I am.
