Sorry, the hypocrisy is in holding himself up as a religious figure, anointed of God. Apparently this is a way of life for this guy, the hookers are used to control him, not good.

Anyway, the issue isn't exactly how immoral prostitution may be to an outside observer. Personally, I have a major moral problem with it, even though I think it ought to be legal, but that's beside the point. Cruz holds himself out to be a man of great moral uprightness, and within Cruz's paradigm, that of Christianity, prostitution and adultery are both considered grave sins, sins which God will forgive but his constituents will see as making him unfit for the highest office in the world.

Guess what! Most people who feel they are Christian's don't care either. Jesus has become a spiritual matter between yourself and your maker only.

Spirituality and Christianity is personal, and people just don't take adultry no matter when the matter occurred as a serious issue between one another or even god, for that matter that seriously. It is all about what works for you. No one is going to hell for it, is the belief now a days. All one needs to do is repent ( feel bad) and try again to do better. People are weak, and we are a forgiving people. God is reported to be a loving and kind God not interested in punishment for his people but, correction of their heart and will.

So do what thy wilt , so long as it does not hurt another person or take the higher road of Do onto others as you would have them do unto you. A man was horny a transaction took place, now the matter is between the man and his wife. It is not our concern.

Trump, on the other hand, fully admits that he has been married three times and is struggling as a Christian, and that he used to be prochoice but had a revelation moment that changed his mind. He doesn't pretend to be holy-holy.
