I guess I've always thought that I had already paid and then some, but not really. I doubt if too many people that I owe a genuine apology to would support those who seek vengeance rather than forgiveness. And I didn't want to end up like Navin Johnson from "The Jerk", so I thought it would be saner to just make a general statement and then say, "Individual apologies by appointment only". |
