It's really good that you guys can talk. I was his age when my mom got really sick. No one told me anything, my much older brothers and parents thought they were protecting me by not telling me anything. Which made it so much worse when things slipped in discussions and when I found out my mom had cancer from a school friend. She's healthy now though, it seems like that was such a long time ago, God be praised. Just keep up with the discussion. he will keep up with the hope to help make it all better.
