Or just put some cat food out and it will stop eating your chickens. I owned a feral outdoor cat for years. She got fairly tame after a while. Very sweet kitty. And they keep the mice away.
They are just hungry. Feed it. Make it your pet. Or trap it and take it to a shelter. Don't kill it!

Feed it and you will never see a mouse unless it gets friendly enough to give you one as a gift. When a cat gives you a mouse as a gift, it's because it thinks you're incapable of getting one on your own.
