I do notice right away, there's some ad hominem type criticisms. One was something like, 'Fomenko is questioning accepted historical information thus he is wrong'


The others are above my head, either side is really lol. I don't have the foundational knowledge, is what it is...

But it does seem that the accusations wouldn't be complicated to disprove...if they aren't true

I read in there(iir) that Fomenko has published an addendum and I wonder if he has addressed those points..

Another thing, is that I've seen a list of "documented" quotes from notable contemporaries regarding the historical edits that were occurring during the 1500/1600's. Statements that could be perceived as a bit ambiguous without the Fomenko info in mind, but with awareness of it, the statements seem to be specifically speaking to the seriousness of the edits.

None of the names are coming to me at the moment :/ I do remember where I saw the list though....

Oh he does raise some valid points about questioning the established history. There's lots of discrepancies throughout it and much lost/changed over time. Easter Island being a more modern one with various ideas attributed to its collapse and the lack of knowledge around its history, or the questions raised about water damage to the pyramids. Hear its extremely difficult to challange established history in any type of academia.

But his overall premise...? Sounds like the type of history written by the victors as we're discussing

On the last day with my dog, I knew she was unwell.
I did not know I'd be leaving the vet without her.
When they gave me the news of how sick she was and how she'd tried to tough thru it with me being in denial up to that point...
I had to harden my heart to give the nod which meant these would be our last moments together.
I cried as the needle came out...I raged in my mind...begging anything and anyone to cure this creature I loved more then myself.
What do you want? My life? My soul? My eternal service?
It's yours, save her!
What if I tackle the vet...what if I jump in front of the needle...
She was exhausted... there was no fight from her as she quickly slipped away cradled in my lap, drenched in my tears as I told her how much I loved her and that I'd see her soon.

I'm a metaphysical mother fucker. Death is not the end.
I still needed those moments of pure adamantine to do what needed to be done.
