It's not going on in the hall. It's just interference on the live stream itself. At first I thought it was audio in the dinner hall but after watching it twenty minutes or so the attendees are unaware of this.

If there is one single person out in this world who is watching this believes that the sound of this stream and video are from the same event, and you know this person, go shoot that person in the head.
