The reason John Kerry mentioned a "borderless" world is
that time travelers have been directing US/World policy
for several decades, telling people like Kerry and Obama
that the future is a happy pleasant, one-world community.

but the reality is that the future is fucked up,
and these time travelers keep traveling back in time
and trying different timelines, altering events,
to create the utopia they believe is possible.

So they keep fucking up, the future still turns out
shitty but nobody in THIS timeline knows that yet,
so they listen to the bullshit excuses.
