From your link: "STMSat-1 was launched to the ISS on Dec. 6, 2015" You don't read so well, do you? "As part of a partnership with NASA’s Ames Research Center in Moffett Field, California, Santa Clara University, will conduct ground operations for two Node satellites that were also deployed on May 16 from the space station" They deploy cubesats up there all the time. Can you show me a picture of the so called Node satellites? |

Then pay me a hundred dollars to track it for you and I'll show it to you. My telescope time is valuable. I can track it, but your pathetic ass isn't worth it. You started off claiming the article I posted showed it was deployed back in 2015, I corrected you so now you change horses. I don't play that game. |

That is why I think they are chem-trailing the skies. To hide these objects from us. Quoting: Mr. Casual ISS live feed has been cut a few times today because of these objects. Screenshots link in the video description. So, you think these "spheres" are hidden by the trails in the sky? the ENTIRE sky would have to be covered! You do understand that your perspective is much different that the perspective 1/2 mile away. What blocks your view wouldn't block the view of others. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 72192903 Then you are in no position to state that it's just a few "arcseconds" across. You made a statement of fact without actually determining that fact. You were the one spewing BS, not me. That's how small the moon looks in the extremely widefield HDEV cameras. The horizon proves me right and you wrong. Here is the original footage from NASA, not the potato camera of the moron's computer monitor: [link to www.ustream.tv] The moon rises at about 8:40 in the video. It's actually visible on a number of orbits that day, for example: [link to www.ustream.tv] It rises at 12:50 and again at 1:45:30 there. Now, the potato camera moron shows an ISS tracker along with the footage showing that ISS is near the tip of South Africa when the object is spotted. Indeed that's precisely when the moon should have risen given the orbit of ISS and the moon's position that day. I loaded the orbital elements of ISS from that day into Orbiter Spaceflight Simulator and ran it to see where ISS would be when the moon rose at that time: [link to h.dropcanvas.com] Sure enough, that's where ISS should be as the moon is rising. And sure enough it matches the appearance of the moon in the original HDEV footage from ISS as well as the curvature of the earth. |

I believe the alien shit and there are probably many other conspiracies that Astro wouldn't agree with me on - but that doesn't make him a villain. Without the balance, I'm sure many past posters would have gone into melt down and lost in their own beliefs. There always need to be balance, especially when dealing with non conventional topics. |
