WHY ARE THERE SECRET HEARINGS ABOUT CHANDRA LEVY'S DEATH? CONNECTION WITH 911 & OKC BOMBING?

Now, I'm actually NOT the kind of person who thinks that EVERYTHING is a conspiracy or that EVERYTHING is tied together....but when I see the words "secret hearings" in regards to someone's death who is connected to a Congressman, and who was tangentially involved in OKC and possibly with 9/11....my ears perk up.

We should not be having SECRET HEARINGS ABOUT INDIVIDUAL MURDERS HERE IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. This is UN-AMERICAN.

I know this is a few years ago, but I think we need to be aware of this. Does anyone know what the result of these secret hearings was?????

Middle east terrorists that were involved with mcviegh were hidden from the story. 1995 to 2001 they continued to monitor the cells ...yet we were struck again.

The secret hearings keep the fact that we have been under attack and unable stop many since the 70s...terror is portrayed to the public as random events not tightly associated. Also the attackers are allies and ally funded.

On February 5, 2001, Riconosciuto wrote a certified letter (Exhibit A) to his attorney, Don Bailey, that he had contact with someone in an Islamic group called the "Base" (AI Qaeda), and that said group was currently in preparation for an attack in the United States, but would not divulge specific details unless the U.S. Government granted immunity from prosecution to his sources. In this letter, Riconosciuto also stated that he had an inside source who could furnish information concerning the handling of false IDs and passports for the group.

On February 13, 2001, Riconosciuto sent a certified letter (Exhibit B) to Congressman Bryan Baird (D- W A), in an effort to expedite the reporting of his information to the appropriate authorities. Note in the referenced exhibit the urgency of the matter according to Riconosciuto, and his identification of sources (one of which has been intentionally blanked by this reportei}

On February 19,2001, Louis Buffardi, a second attorney of Riconosciuto's, wrote to Secretary of State Colin Powell, with a cc to Attorney General John Ashcroft (Exhibit C), to the effect that he had a client with information concerning an imminent terrorist attack in the United States, and Buffardi asked that someone other than the FBI obtain the details from his client.

11. I. On February 20, 200 I, Riconosciuto filed BOP Form 148 (Exhibit D), for use of a private telephone to handle sensitive conversations relating to matters mentioned in 8, 9, and 10, above. Riconosciuto informed this reporter that among his. reasons for this request was also the fact that he had a 30-hour "window" relati_g to the shipment of 37 Soviet-made missiles (StreIa-3 and Igla-9) that had been shipped from Bulgaria to Colombia, and thence, to Canada, destined for Thabet Aviation in Quebec City. He further informed this reporter that attorney Buffardi passed this information to the FBI and U.S. Attorney in Chicago, Illinois.

12. Once he received his private telephone, Riconosciuto told this reporter that he had conversations concerning the afore-mentioned topics with, among others, John O'Neill, former FBI terrorist expert in charge of security for the World Trade Center. Others with whom Riconosciuto talked included:

13. On an unrecalled day in March 2001, Riconosciuto was visited by Special Agent (SA) Keith Cutri of the Williamsport, Pennsylvania, FBI resident agency.

14. Riconosciuto furnished SA Cutri with the identification of an individual in New Jersey (unidentified herein to eliminate damage or complications to future official investigations) who:

a. Was coordinating forthcoming terrorist attacks on the United States.
b. Had information on the movement of Soviet-made shoulder-fired missiles into the United States.
c. Was coordinating forthcoming skyjackings.
d. Was coordinating bombings and espionage.
e. Knew the identities of "sleepers" in the United States and overseas.

15. Riconosciuto also furnished SA Cutri with information on a false ID ring in Montreal, Canada, and in New Jersey, and could furnish the exact false ID of 30 terrorists who had been chosen for actions inside the United States.

16. Riconosciuto further told SA Cutri that the 37 Soviet-made missiles were being handled through Thabet Aviation in Quebec City, Canada, which also brokered old but serviceable aircraft (Swearingtons, DC-9s, 747s, and high-performance military) to be used in drug-running and future terrorist attacks in a so-called "40 minute" war scenario by using aircraft as flying "missiles".

17. Riconosciuto further informed SA Cutri that terrorists were taking flight-training in various types of aircraft brokered by Thabet, and if given immunity for himself and his contacts, he would provide specific information where said training was taking place and the identities of the students involved.

19. In his discussion with SA Cutri, other than the immunity request, RicQnosciuto attached no other conditions to his possible future cooperation with the FBI.

21. In the period between his March 2001 interview by SA Cutri and September 13, 2001, Riconosciuto heard nothing from the FBI or any other federal agency.

22. Riconosciuto was shocked by what happened on September 11, 2001, especially in view of the information he furnished to SA Cutri in March. In his opinion, if properly handled, 911 would not have happened.

23. On September 13, 2001, SA Cutri and a second, unidentified FBI agent inter viewed Riconosciuto in the Legal Room of FCI Allenwood. In spite of what had just taken place in New York and Washington on September 11, and the information Riconosciuto had already volunteered in March,
SA Cutri: posed the following questions and accusations to Michael Riconosciuto:

a. Wanted to know why Riconosciuto was bothering the FBI and wasting its time.
b. Accused Riconosciuto of seeking publicity.
c. Accused Riconosciuto of being "anti-FBI' and "anti-government".
d. Called Riconosciuto a "conspiracy theorist".
e. Called Riconosciuto a "know-it-all",
f. Called Riconosciuto a "hoaxer" and threatened him with prosecution.
g. Stated that he discontinued inquiry into the information Riconosciuto gave him in March, 2001 because information Riconosciuto gave him about a staff member at FCI Coleman was untrue.

Chandra Levy was messing around with Gary Condit and he worked on some committee having to do with prisons.
Meanwhile the the Bomber and two men, witnesses say they were dark like middle eastern were seen all around time getting stuff together in OKC. There was an airfield in that state I believe, where exchange pilots were trained.
Then the bombing happened, and as in 911 with the miraculous finding of Ata's passport, they immediately trace the white van by its undamaged vin # and the bomber is now sentanced and to be executed.
Chandra has a school friend who would love to get to cover the execution, and since Chandras snooping on condits pc revealed his connections she has him arrange for her journalist friend to go to the execution.
This friend is the one who reports that AFTER pronounced dead his eyelids were moving!!! she prints this and is never heard of again, chandra is killed and gary condit ruined for their indescretion.
the bombers body is whisked away, his medical records sealed and or destroyed, his family is kept out of the loop.Was he taken to the place in s. america they all go for specieal plastic surgury and witness protection?

I wondered if in the future more would come to light about her murder. I remember reading something at that time about Chandra being pregnant. Then that news was dropped, seemed strange. It just seems that she was killed by our own government either for what she knew or the affair/pregnancy.

I got kicked off line for a while but I wanted to thank you for posting this, it must have taken a lot of time. I'm sure we'll check out this site. What a terrible thing to see something like 9/11 happen knowing it could have been prevented!!!

My first guess would be that Guandique filed an appeal, and that no one involved wants this story back in the press.

The hearing are likely because he's not guilty, they know he's not, and someones come forward with more.

Many young people come to Washington DC with career aspirations involving Spy fantasies or other careers of intrigue, so it's not impossible she was already CIA or any number of combinations of possibilities. She may have also learned known about the non human aspects of our world, most find out from their late teens to early 20s.

And he IS going to be getting a new trial, apparently his cell mate, which is the only evidence I believe they had, may have lied (ha ha) about Guandique confessing to her murder. Not that a cell mate would EVER lie about his roomie to get a lighter sentence or frame him or anything like that!!!!

My question is....WHY SHOULD THIS REQUIRE SECRET HEARINGS? The fact that Guandique alleged that this guy lied and wanted a new trial....why would there engender secret hearings? I think it likely this guy is innocent - of THIS crime - and was framed. Whether he walks in the new trial or not, I don't know. But it will be interesting to see if anything new emerges out of this.


There's more to this Chandra Levy case than meets the eye. Thanks to the folks who posted on other threads today that made me aware of this!

I agree. If the main evidence they have against him is the word of a fellow jail bird, that ain't much.

Still....I wonder why the secret hearings because people get new trials all the time. It indicates there's shit, that even 12 years later, after her death, they're still covering up.

D.C. Superior Judge Gerald I. Fisher said Thursday that he expected to release partial transcripts of earlier secret hearings and legal filings at the end of next week. He made the announcement after a third sealed court hearing about new evidence that has added fresh intrigue to a murder mystery that captivated the nation's capital in the weeks before September 11."


I don't know yet if anything was actually released (other than him getting a new trial), but I'm checking to see what I can find.

I have never Ingmar Guandique was guilty. He has nice teeth. The person that killed her had a monster mouth with jagged and missing teeth. I faxed the DC cops a sketch of the dream, the perp in the dream and told them where she was. In the dream I was in this big old mansion and I saw her being hit with a wooden object then the killer turned to me and said you want some too and he had a big knife in his hand. Along with the knife, his mouth scared me. He smiled and what teeth were there were jagged and rotted. I ran out of this big house, down a drive and jumped a fence where I land in a hole and then I heard a voice say "I am so close but no one knows I am here." I woke up. This was not my first type of dream like this, I have had many. I also have had numerous warnings from a certain someone on the other side whose living loved ones I am around alot. This person on the other side was related to Chandra.

I'm only going to answer you again, THIS ONCE, just to clarify for others.....I already answered you. This is not about Democrats or Republicans, certainly not to me. That didn't even enter my head. This girl was a Federal Prisons spokesperson or liaison for the McVeigh execution, which ties her in to OKC bombings, that happened during a Democratic admin AND her lover, Condit, was on the Investigating Committee for 9/11, that happened during a Republican admin. I don't give a crap about the parties....I just want to know what happened to Chandra Levy...and WHY SECRET HEARINGS WERE HELD ABOUT HER MURDER. I have NEVER heard of that before. What could the secret BE?
