Place a hateful Bernie/freebie sign to replace my Trump sign. Suggestions needed.
Try like hell to find a couple of more Trump signs. Might as well go to the moon and back.
Write a tactiful note to hang in the commons room-attempting to shame their "entitled" mindset.
Put on makeup and get ready for the press and a mugshot.
Put on my Trump t-shirt and visit each of them, politely asking if there's anything I can do for them today.

I live in an apartment complex where every neighbor around me has fraudulently claimed disability. They sit outside on their porches all day, riding bikes with their grand kids, hosting bar-b-ques, etc. ALL DAY LONG!

Though my jobs have been few and far between in this economy there's not a day that goes by that I'm not out doing yard work, cleaning a house or car, etc in order to pay my monthly car insurance, care for my pet and properly tithe my Lord. When there is no work I am volunteering for Hospice the Senior Center or for area churches.

Incidentally I pay 30% rent on the money I make each month. Typically I make about $150 a month so $45 of that goes to HUD housing. I have no health insurance or food stamps.

My typical neighbors out here receive $800+ a month. They pay about $240 in rent and also receive food stamps and free medical care. This allows them over $500 a month to go to the casinos, shop for new clothing and other luxuries.

God forbid they should invest in a vehicle. Until recently I was asked daily to run them to the store, etc. until I finally had enough. I bent over backwards for these people, giving them the benefit of the doubt for almost 4 years.

9 months ago I placed a Trump yard sign directly underneath my bedroom window which looks out onto the apartment complex. I already knew it would most likely upset my neighbors since they have been very vocal this past year about supporting Bernie. I do not argue with them. If I were them I would vote for Bernie, too.

My sign was placed so close to my window that you couldn't get any nearer inside my apartment unless you broke into the glass and crawled in.

Last week I traveled out of state for a job interview (Got it- YAY!) and yesterday while caring for my plants, lawn furniture, etc. I suddenly noticed, "Where's my Trump sign?"

This apartment sits on a little known cul-de-sac. Trust me, this wasn't some "drive-by" to steal my sign. This was done intentionally by one of several neighbors who support Bernie Sanders and his "Gimme, Gimme, Gimme" programs.

The thing that REALLY pisses me off is that I have never done one mean thing to these people- EVER! I used to drive them all over this town, bring them food from food pantries, type up job applications and resumes for them (back before I realized they aren't interested), did their dishes, cook for them and do laundry on days they didn't "feel well", babysit their grand kids when they "needed a night out"- all for FREE!

I need to know your ideas on how to proceed today.

When does "freedom of speech" become a hate crime?

Last night I went to dollar tree and purchased one of those foam-poster boards and some red/white/blue tassle to frame it.

What I NEED is a short enough slogan to magic-marker onto the board that won't get me thrown out of here.

At first I thought about writing, "Welfare Queens for Bernie". But I'm sure management would tell me I have to remove it- though technically I could be considered a welfare queen too since I live in federally subsidized housing and can't WAIT to get the HELL OUT OF HERE!

I definitely want to get my point across.

If it weren't so danged hard to get another Trump sign in this city I'd go get three more.

If they take those three, I put up 6. And so on.

I know I am acing very UN-Christian this morning but I am LIVID!

I don't care WHO they want to vote for I would never in a million years walk onto THEIR property and take something that was THEIRS!

They TOOK something that was mine and unless one of you guys has a Trump sign I can't replace it.

I am spitting nails this morning and by the end of the day will most likely end up in a major confrontation with management.

But could I not claim freedom of speech? After all, I wasn't written up for 9 months of exhibiting a Trump sign.

Bet those women wish they'd never taken the tactful "Trump" sign down now instead of being slammed upside their faces with the cold, hard truth of their pitiful lives.
