People, publication date does not matter on the bible as once it is translated a certain way they maintain that translation wording. When they need a change, they produce a new entire translation. Hence the KJV remains as it was when it was translated around 1600

There's way more than just that going on.

I just posted this on another Mandela Effect thread.

Here is a Bible verse from the King James Version that has been changed without a doubt. I don't ever remember reading about corn in the Bible.

Luke 6:1 - "And it came to pass on the second sabbath after the first, that he went through the corn fields; and his disciples plucked the ears of corn, and did eat, rubbing them in their hands."

1 Timothy 5:18 - "For the scripture saith, Thou shalt not muzzle the ox that treadeth out the corn. And, The labourer is worthy of his reward."

First off there was never corn in the Mideast, corn came from the Americas, another point is who ever used Ox to tread out corn?

Now if you do a search of the King James Version of the Bible you will find many verses that mention corn both in the Old Testament and the New Testament.

This really freaked me out.

What seems clear at least is that the changes are random & all over the place. There is no specific target group for the changes.

I have this Bible that i had since i was 7 when i had my first communion back in 1977... i brought this Bible with me from my country in SOUTH AMERICA when i moved to the US 20 years ago, it;s written in freakin Spanish!.. i was raised Catholic, i remember the story of the Lion (not a wolf or lobo) and when i went to see it today holy shit! it says LOBO (wolf) not Leon (lion) like i remember... this shit goes globally as i see...

Hey, I was just telling my two sons, ages 17 and 22, about the Mandela effect. We were paging through my old leather king James bible...sure enough, in Matthew its debtors instead of tresspasses, then my son found something else that doesn't sound right...I'm exodus, chapter 13, verse 12, where it actually says the word matrix, matrix is also in verse 15. I'm pretty sure that term shouldn't be there! Someone please get back with me on this.

Apparently I was experiencing this "Mandela Effect" before I realized what it was. I just thought I was going crazy or people were just changing their logos, etc. I didn't realize the extent of what was going on.
