I couldn't sleep either last night. I woke up last night and couldn't fall back to sleep till after 4am.

I slept like a king.

It's not just last night. I have been waking up at 4ish in the morning every night for months now. I have no idea why. I can't get back to sleep either.

No sleep for the last 2 days

I slept for two hours, got up to piss, but it felt like I slept all night...laid back down and slept like a baby until 6:24, just six minutes before my alarm is set to go off.

I woke up at 4.30, could not get back to sleep but then I have got mummy cat and 2 babies in my room! Seriously though I can usually sleep through most things but for ages now I wake at around 5 then have to go back for a nap at some time during the day which is probably the problem now :(

Last 2 nights. almost no sleep. Even with goodies PM and benadryl.

The energy levels and the accompanying dreams/visions are fantastic. Who needs a long nights sleep.............

Being tormented by mean and cruel demons for whole fucking night....mental torment is worse than physical I say. Although my whole body was shaking. Not very fun ordeal..but I cannot fight them back. I gave them egal rights into my soul, mind and body. Now I suffer consequences.

Prednisone withdrawal from 5 days of taking it for a rash.

I was awake past 3 am. Ugh!

One of my most restless nights in a while. Too hot, too cold, uncomfortable, heartburn, had to pee... not a restful night at all.

Woke up at 4am myself, I usually sleep right through the night. Odd.
