Quoting: lazydaze Boneless chicken wings too much work? You need pre-chewed. Did anyone really think this wouldn't happen? Quoting: eagleheart66 Nah. I saw this marching down Main Street in full view. If/when TTP goes into effect, it will only get worse as one of the clauses eliminates country of origin requirements (a clause that I think was written with China in mind). China is laying low until it passes, then they will climb aboard the TTP train to many happy profits. I am also concerned with their takeover of pork products. If they own the biggest farms in the U.S. how do we know what is actually going on? Will they choose a cheaper more profitable route? Longpork, anyone? Just kidding, but not really? |

Since they are so good at getting ingredients to mimic something that they are not (pet food scandal of 2007, and plastic in rice) I won't even tell you my concerns when I see a bottle of Treetop or Motts. |

Forum Administrator 06/06/2016 02:23 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | NOT Sure of the veracity of this but..... Quoting: Citizenperth [snips] Disturbing news has just spread across the country as the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has issued a warning about an estimated one million pounds of rat meat that is being sold as “boneless chicken wings” in restaurants and grocery stores all over America. Recent reports reveal that FDA inspectors have launches a close investigation after customs officers at the Port of San Francisco seized several illegal shipping containers from China that were carrying rat meat. According to one report, the authorities have already taken hold of hundreds of thousands of pounds of this illegal meat, and are going to destroy it accordingly. he reports also reveal that this rat meat was meant to be shipped to different meat processing plants across America and resold as chicken. Although FDA is doing everything in their power to remove this meat from the market, they are still warning of additional 1,000,000 pounds of the counterfeit rat meat to be in circulation. .................
