It's probably a whole bunch of women who have been mesmerized into the "making history" aspect of voting for a woman. The same people who complacently thought that they were "making history" when they voted for Obama too.

You know, last time I checked, I'm a woman too (WHEW!) but when one considers that women have had the vote for about 100 years, that's about how long it's taken for the Country to start circling the drain. Sometimes I really question whether "giving women the vote" has been all that good for our Country!

Before women voted, they had plenty of influence on their husbands' decisions. Just because he was the one to traipse through the mud to the booth, doesn't mean women weren't involved.

Women voting now makes sense because people are getting married later in life, but men-only voting is not as discriminatory as it sounds. Plenty of women were against the idea even back then.
