Teachers in the Buffalo, N.Y., school district have a rider in their contract that includes free cosmetic surgery with no copay. You read that right. The plastic surgery perk has actually been around since the 1970s. Now the Buffalo School Board is trying to surgically remove that rider. Full story: [ link to www.yahoo.com (secure)] WTF!
