How long before we see Human-Animal Chimeras in public?

50, 20, 5 years?

This embryo experimentation has exceeded far quicker then I ever fathomed.

So many gene mutants in the world, people kind of overlook how fucked up the world is.

Sure, we've all seen Total Recall (original), but honestly, there's way more mutants living in our world in reference to the perspective of how many there were in movie.

It's super safe to assume, that they've already extensively tested Chimeras for decades.

They want to create the pig/human chimeras to have human organs, so we can harvest them for use.

So, I figure, about 20 years.

Why 20?

Because it will be about 5 years before people in the public are walking around with their new organs from pig/human chimeras. 15 years from then, there will be enough humans with Chimera organs to have the odds in the favor of gene mutation and having offspring to have the characteristics of the pig/human chimera.
