Just look at the number of worldwide money making "bread and circus" events now being staged. Eventually these calendar events will start tripping over each other.

When I was young TV was only broadcast for an hour or so mid-day and then again in the late afternoon and evening. The Olympics was the first thing that triggered morning and daytime viewing. I'm 56 years old.

Most youngsters once past the cartoon phase are very selective about what they watch. TV is for the old and people with nothing better to do.

The day of broadcast TV is over. People watch video clips. Amateurs are often better than supposed broadcast quality garbage that saturates the airwaves 24 hours a day.
