People here are too pacified

They will divide people more and more, that is for certain... and they already started with their subliminal and reporting more and more over racist occurrences and things to make the "Remainers" get angry... but Civil War? nah... really cant see that happening.

I do not think that is what the Elites want... what they seem to want is ridicule the "Leavers" more and more, attach shit like "Racism" to their reasoning, delay the actual implementation of leaving Europe and call for a 2nd Referendum by exaggerating any protests related to this... e.g 200 people show up outside Westminster calling for referendum, the BBC will report it as 10,000.... when 2,000 show up, they'll report it as 20,000... all to entice more and more people to justify their calls for a 2nd referendum.

Oh yeah and obviously they will attack the markets, exagerrate the consequences, put people in fear fear fear.... blame anything to do with lack of money resources on this then call for the 2nd referendum.

That's what it feels like to me...
