Yes. I worked 2nd shift but it was my day off so I slept in til 1pm central time

Yes was visiting my parents and my mom woke me up saying they just attacked the pentagon...I assumed the they was China and we were at war. I made it downstairs in time to see final building fall.

I was awake from the night before, then didn't sleep for the next two days while I compared notes with other people, while reviewing all of the findings, videos, audio, and reviewed what the fakenews was telling us, comparing it to what was actually happening.

Then for the next year I was heavy into researching and describing to others, what they were disbelieving.

I was asleep . It was my 20th birthday the day before , I was on afternoon shift that week ,I stayed up for a few hours having a few beers when I got home . Crashed out and woke up about 8 o’clock AEST to my girlfriends mother howling . She was frantically trying to explain what happened , yelling over the TV. I could not compute what I just saw .

I took off from PBI headed to ORD at 6:30am ET, and we were rerouted back to ATL after 2nd tower hit, only to be placed in a circling holding pattern for 50 minutes until landing and being grounded at ATL.

Very strange, as this was Blackberry days, so those of us on plane with BB were getting messages which were extremely varied as to what happened.

Only upon landing and grounded was I able to see TV footage which was mind altering from previous info on BB.....

Stayed at the Renaissance Hotel overlooking Northern ATL runway for next 3 days in an eerie silence, and then flew back out on an empty Jumbo when grounding lifted.

I was at work at a radio station- running Mark and Brian via satellite- at first it seemed a small plane had hit. Then they knew more. I went to the conference room when I had a minute and turned on the TV. Shocking. I rolled the TV down the hall and put it in my station. The PD for another station came in a bit later and rolled the TV to his station down the hall.

I was told to say NOTHING and they monitored Mark and Brian to make sure they handled it well which they did. Our local news was cancelled. Imagine being the news guy story of the century and he didn’t get to report it at all. We had 6 stations and no one could say anything. Later that day we were provided a long list of songs we couldn’t play. We didn’t play it anyway but I couldn’t figure why no one could play Imagine.

I called my wife and told her stay home and keep the kids out of school. We huddled around the TV when I got home and watched tower 7 fall.

I drive to college 2 hrs away that week and it was eerily quiet with no planes flying. Not a lot of traffic. The air base was sealed off with large vehicles and concrete barriers. Eerie. That’s the word. Eerie.
