Should Chief Justice John Roberts Be Arrested And Put On Trial For His Crime Before He Was Appointed ?

I am not sure if this has been done in our history, before now.

John Roberts is a compromised man, unfortunately, due to illegal actions in the adoption of his children.

He is a liability, from the continued threat of blackmail and extortion, to our entire Country and way of life as long as he serves on the court.

I think he knows he has to address the complaints and do so in an open way.

If he doesn't, then the left will use it as a dog whistle for their idiots. It will "energize" them.

If he does it openly and the reports come back with nothing, it demoralizes the left even more.'

You have to understand, these snowflakes making these claims are not the majority...they are just the loudest squeaky wheel right now.

I knew something was awry before the awful Obamacare choice he made with little legal substantiation. When he had to be sworn in twice, I thought they must have something on him and had the "talk" with him to come over to the dark side or no seat on SCOTUS

Justice Roberts needs to be charged, kicked off the Supreme Court, tried, and convicted. For the good of The United States.

Remember when Obama attacked the Supreme Court. There was no protest from Roberts.

In fact, Roberts folded and knuckled under to Obama and did what he was told.

Roberts has got to go.

THey all should. If there is blackmail material out there it should be exposed. If the DOJ decides to do nothing is one thing, but they need to be removed from office.

In the past, that is why they do background checks. To see if there is something out there they can be blackmailed for, and if anything exists, then they don't get the clearance (or the job.)

One of my FBI whistleblowers, and this was a decorated agent who never became a public whistleblower, but he went to court cases with the FBI internally because he DOJ IG, that is the Inspector General's office, etc.
One of the things this guy exposed, and I went to the media and I had this guy on the record with them but they never published, was: he was working between 1993 and 1997 in this division in the FBI, where one of his tasks was running background check on federal judge candidates, and this is during the Clinton administration, because those federal judges have to be cleared by the FBI. They look at their background: are they pedophiles, are they rapist, you know, do they have some financial nefarious activities etc.

And he said, during these four years, when this decorated FBI agent, and this was 10 years, or 7, 8 years before he blew the whistle, he was running background checks on these federal judges, the way they were selecting the ones to appoint were the ones who had the highest number of skeletons. Meaning, the government, the Clinton administration (this is the head of the FBI, this is the OJ), they did not want to appoint any federal judges to the bench, and go through the confirmation process, if the judges, or the candidates, didn't have enough skeletons, meaning they have to be rapists, pedophiles, despicable characters, and that information is collected during the background check, and then they are used against these judges, so the judges rule per government's instruction.
