Why no childish speculations in the western media about where the Chinese leader is? Why only Putin?

Because it's a CIA operation. They are trying to make him a menace and/or a buffoon, depending on the circumstances.

I doubt, the Chinese leader, has any real power. Don't get me wrong, he has the "power to do his duty", but beyond that, China is ruled by the Communist Party Committees.

Putin, has a bit more power and influence in Russia.

A decent metaphor to describe the difference in power, is that the Chinese leader, is as a man, who is walking his dog with a leash, and the dog is setting the tone of speed and direction.

Putin, though, is as a man, who is walking his dog with a leash, and the dog obeys the speed and direction, it's master dictates.


So, in the grand scheme of things, Putin, as an individual, has more influence and power.

So basically this explains why China is incapable of responding effectively against US Navy provocations or attacks? Have to wait to assemble committees?

They might as well just change the name of their country to 'Apple-Goldman-Viacom'
