One was on duty, and the other was off duty when it happened, not sure which was which. I couldn't believe it, as the city is known for having corrupt cops. But yes, more of this needs to happen, instead of having the police department defend these murderers/criminals. Plus there are plenty of videos out there of cops killing innocent people and animals, and beating people too, unjustifiably.
