Over the past week Dallas has seen dozens of benefits and support groups coming together to help the city and the Dallas Police Department move past last week's tragedy. To show his support and gratitude, Palladino will host a "Dine for Dallas Blue" benefit in which 100 percent of the proceeds to go support the officers injured in the ambush, and the families of the fallen. The benefit will be held on Thursday from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. at his newest restaurant in Uptown, Dos Jefes. Reservations are being accepted now for 5, 6:30, 8, 9:30 and 11 p.m. to accommodate and plan for as many attendees as possible, but they do not have to sit down for a meal; anyone can stop by for a drink at Dos Jefes' bar, and donate if they would like.
